Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has warned his players there is no room for complacency after setting his sights on Premier League glory hours after being confirmed as Manchester United's permanent manager.

The club will still be looking to do business up until the August 9 transfer deadline, but Solskjaer setting an early date to get deals done by make sense.

"I know the expectations of the club, the traditions of the club, the history we've got". "I would want a Man United team that's one of the hardest working teams in the league, the fittest teams in the league and that will then bring results".

"I am the same, I can't be complacent and now rest on (the fact that) I have the job, It's not me".

Dhaka fire under control, Sri Lankan among the dead
The fire was the latest in a country where crowding, flouted building regulations and safety norms have made deadly blazes common. The FR Tower building, situated in the Banani district of Dhaka , reportedly consists of offices and a restaurant.

United sources say there will be a "gesture of goodwill" to Norwegian club Molde, who Solskjaer had been due to return to as manager in the summer.

Former boss Mourinho parted ways with United after a tumultuous first half of the season left the team floundering in sixth place in the table - 11 points off the Champions League positions.

"I think we're going to see Solskjaer struggle next season maybe, once he's had this interim period where all the players wanted him, all the fans wanted him". With Wolves in the next round, that competition must now be their main priority, although Gracia will also be keen not to allow an improving Leicester side to leapdrog them in the league standings.

"I have dreamt about it and visualised it myself and we have had three months".

Cascarino has called for a change in direction of Manchester United's recruitment policy and believes the Red Devils must look to bring in young players who will be hungry to prove themselves at Old Trafford.

The move has seemed inevitable for many weeks given the transformation United have undergone since Solskjaer arrived on a caretaker basis following the sacking of Jose Mourinho in December.

"To lift the Premier League trophy again is what we expect, what we're used to, what we have done so many times. Ander has been very good since I came in".

Within Old Trafford, the suggestion that United might be repeating the mistake made by Chelsea in 2012 - when Roberto di Matteo was given a permanent contract after winning the Champions League as caretaker boss - has been given short shrift.
