Attorney Michael Avenatti, who said he represents two of the alleged victims in the indictment and a third accuser, told reporters after Monday's hearing that he had turned over a second videotape to prosecutors earlier in the day. According to prosecutors, numerous young women have come forward detailing alleged sexual acts they engaged in with Kelly, all while they were underage.

According to court documents reviewed by CNN, Kelly owed more than $169,000 in unpaid child support to his ex-wife as of February 6.

The Grammy-winning R&B singer spent the weekend in jail and showed up for Monday's hearing in an orange jail jumpsuit. "Kelly will be in court around 10 a.m. ET and should be released shortly afterwards".

R. Kelly was still trying to post his $100K bail Monday afternoon, which is actually only ten percent of his $1 million bond, but the Associated Press reported that "coordinating the payment is complicated".
